Legal Status 

This program is not a public or charter school, nor is it an accredited private school. It is a privately operated home school registered with the North Carolina Division of Non-Public Education (DNPE) under North Carolina General Statute § 115C-563. 

This online educational platform is currently used exclusively for the education of the founder’s offspring and heirs and is in full compliance with North Carolina home school regulations.
